Unique courtyard setup with lovely, privacy-ensuring rooms. Convenient location near main attractions and ample parking available.
Heating issues upon arrival made the room uncomfortable. no clear explanation about the schedule or available heating options. Breakfast was disappointing with lack of variety and insufficient supplies at the buffet, leading to limited choices. Not ideal for socializing in the bar, as early closing hours might leave guests stuck in their rooms, particularly on colder nights.

The stay was wonderful overall. The room was lovely and comfortable, equipped with a great shower and an oil heater that was much appreciated given the chilly weather. The location was perfect for exploring Stratford and experiencing its charm. One downside was the noise from the upstairs neighbour, but it didn't overshadow the enjoyable aspects of our visit.

The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a lovely atmosphere, particularly enhanced by a beautiful dawn chorus. The mini fridge added a nice touch, and the breakfast provided was simple yet adequate. local guests celebrating on Saturday night made for a noisy environment, with a rugby team in high spirits nearby. The food at the on-site pub, especially the hamburgers, was noteworthy, offering a pleasant dining option.

Welcoming atmosphere and great food
We had a delightful one-night stay where the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The meal at the pub was outstanding, especially the steak and ale pie, which was one of the best I've ever had! The room was comfortable and remarkably quiet despite its location near a main road. however, the bathroom could use a little updating to match the rest of the room's charm.

missingWrote a review on 30 Maythoughtful amenitieseasy explorationcomplicated check-in
The room had impressive amenities, including USB charging plugs and a thoughtful selection of beverages that made it feel homely. I appreciated the proximity to local attractions, allowing easy exploration of the area without much hassle.
There were several frustrations during my stay. The breakfast options felt limited, missing cooked offerings that could’ve kicked off the day better, and the noise from the nearby road was bothersome during the night. I also found the steep stairs to some rooms a bit tricky to navigate, which wouldn't be ideal for everyone. Internet connectivity was inconsistent, causing a few headaches trying to get online, and the check-in process felt overly complicated, adding to the stress before I could finally relax.
